THE African Cultural and Development Association (ACDA) has become the beneficiary of financial assistance from the Inter-American development Bank (IDB) aimed at enhancing the capacity of youths.
It added that the programme in its final format is supported by the SITF and valued at US$80,000 non-reimbursable grant to be executed over a 24-month period.

Alliances of convenience have been formed by revolutionary groups throughout the history of this world. The “whiteys” at home oppressing black people represent the most urgent challenge to organizations struggling to win rights for black people in Guyana at the moment. Plus, since the taxes of American blacks and Guyanese blacks living in in the US are not excluded from the budgeting of these funds, ACDA has as much right to claim it, as do others to whom funds are also donated in Guyana, but with quite lesser group membership in the US, and history of fighting for positive changes in the US and Guyana.
