Syphilis I am sure has been around long before the days of Colombus, and it is more likely that the Europeans brought it to them. If History is correct, I don't believe that Colombus died of Syphilis, but to try and rewrite history to say that the Amerindians spread Syphilis to Europeans is full of deceit and lies. The white Man almost destroyed all Amerindians from the North to the South and they are still trying to do just that. Although Guyana should do much more to protect and respect the Amerindians. This was their land first.
