The officer refused and James Singh went around and told his friends that this senior officer took a large sum of money from Death this was much to the amusement of the officer who approached his boss James Singh head of CANU and told him of the information he had received. James Singh immediately accused the senior officer of being drunk and abusive towards him. the officer was suspended for 30 days. on resumption he was given a further letter dated 4th may 2009 to proceed on his vacation leave 11th September 2009
