Was she in such a hurry to write her speech? Is she such an inept typist? As a junior minister of finance, shouldn’t she be more circumspect about zeros? Is it possible that her training and PPP indoctrination allows her to register zeros willy nilly simply because her party compadres do the same?

Two foreigners getting rich off Guyanese backs…. Shame on you Steven Grin & Seth Sukhdeo.
