Lumumba said that Joseph had called him to complain about her transfer to another department.
He said that he asked her a couple of questions, including why she went into the office of the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Nanda Gopaul, without permission.
“I said to her ‘if you did not leak the documents then God did’,” Lumumba explained.
He said that he is willing to take a lie detector test to prove that he never threatened anyone.
“I am willing to take a lie detector test by any agency. Is she prepared to do that?” Lumumba stated emphatically.

Burnham organized many crimes and his pnc comrades of today still continue to commit these crimes and then say that Guyana is ungovernable. On top of that, they foment racism by claiming that blacks are oppressed. Even when Burham was in power, blacks had nothing and did nothing to accumilate wealth. They lived for today and went on there destructive behavior of robberies. Indians saved and made their fortune. They did not go about robbing blacks to get rich.
most government employees are blacks so where is the discrimination. The police and other law forces new to be equalize then there will be equality. Right now, blacks are the ones who are still in control have guns and robbing everyone. So, who should be prosecuted if a black man commits a crime. Why don’t we round-up a few innocent Indians everytime a robbery is committed. If blacks are commiting crimes, then blacks should be charged. If Arabs are committing crimes , then they should be charged. Etc.., Many robberies are unsolved because blacks cover for each other and share the ill gotten wealth.
why is there no comments from any blacks about what transpired in linden in 1964. Or any comments about why Burham could not control robberies- of course he and his police by day and bandits by night were the culprits in the first place.
