These letters states that the people mentioned are working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and that they will be attending conferences/seminars etc. on behalf of the Ministry.
None never came back to Guyana.
Because of these bogus letters of employment, the U.S revoked his visa.

Over 50 letters were issued. The U.S embassy carried out a check and found all these job letters were bogus and not one person returned to Guyana.
