Guyana Times: President Bharrat Jagdeo has disclosed that the Caricom retreat on this weekend will be focusing on strategic ways to reenergise the regional body.
When questioned on whether funding of the Caricom secretariat will be discussed, the president replied that issue will not be addressed at this meeting, only strategic issues. The retreat will be staged at the BK Quarry in Mazaruni.
