Jamaica Gleaner: Fifty pounds of cocaine valued at $48 million was seized yesterday at Port Bustamante.
The Customs Department said it was discovered aboard the vessel Vega Azurit by the Jamaica Customs Contraband Enforcement Team and personnel from the Jamaica Constabulary Force.
The vessel reportedly arrived from Guyana.
