it’s still unclear if the child travelled on yvonne’s passport or trigger happy nickolai but they both have ‘diplomatic passports’
once the child was handed over yvonne and nickolai scurried back to new york to get out of pennsylvania jurisdiction and fled usa back to Guyana on dec 4th 2011 on delta flight #383 [non stop] which left jfk shortly after midnight and arrived at timehri approximately 715am.

the prime minister approved and made necessary arrangements with the Guyana mission in new york for his wife yvonne and son trigger happy nicky to steal this child [marcus hinds] and whisk him out of the usa even as the child’s mother [elisabeth] filed an injunction. Concealment of whereabouts of a child – 18 Pa. Cons. Stat. § 2909
§ 2909.  Concealment of whereabouts of a child.
(a)  Offense defined.–A person who removes a child from the child’s known place of residence with the intent to conceal the child’s whereabouts from the child’s parent or guardian, unless concealment is authorized by court order or is a reasonable response to domestic violence or child abuse, commits a felony of the third degree. For purposes of this subsection, the term ”removes” includes personally removing the child from the child’s known place of residence, causing the child to be removed from the child’s known place of residence, preventing the child from returning or being returned to the child’s known place of residence and, when the child’s parent or guardian has a reasonable expectation that the person will return the child, failing to return the child to the child’s known place of
residence.
(b)  Application.–A person may be convicted under subsection
(a) if either of the following apply:
(1)  The acts that initiated the concealment occurred in this Commonwealth [pennsylvania].
(2)  The offender or the parent or guardian from whom the child is being concealed resides in this Commonwealth.

18 U.S.C. § 1204 : US Code – Section 1204: International parental kidnapping
(a) Whoever removes a child from the United States, or attempts
to do so, or retains a child (who has been in the United States)
outside the United States with intent to obstruct the lawful
exercise of parental rights shall be fined under this title or
imprisoned not more than 3 years, or both.
