i purchased ticket to guyana for dec 12, 2012 for 2 weeks returning 12/29/12 through Sunita Travel in Richmond Hill, NY, now am told by my travel agent they [that] cash funds are non-refundable. i want my cash back, since you the airline did not provide a service to me. i paid $430 cash. i work very hard for my money and would like it refunded to me.i do not have a money tree that can be shaken in my backyard to throw away. if my money is not refunded to me i will take this to my attorney and so fort. thank you
