The old saying that money talks and bullshit walks might just be the case.
Imagine the names of some of these members who are implicated in the execution of Ronald Waddell and others have been detailed in black and white and yet they are still allowed to have their freedom and guns.
Only a few weeks ago one of these members was stopped by a police patrol in Bel Air, in the trunk of his car there were a number of high calibre weapons which was visible to some residents in the area, but one quick phone call and he was allowed to go, no questions asked.

Hewley Nicholas Barker another African murdered by Guyana Police

Stabroek News: Hewley Nicholas Barker, 28, of Norton Street was shot dead … some time after 2 am. Mark Caesar, 30, of St Stephen’s Street was [shot in the back] and is currently a patient at the High Dependency Unit of the Georgetown Public Hospital. [released dec 21 & arrested]Reports are that Barker was shot at close range in his heart and succumbed to his injury at the scene, while Caesar was shot in the back. [Police left both victims lying bleeding on the ground for close to two hours]

Dr Mahendra Chand – Police torture doctor tapped on wrist by Medical Council of Guyana

Police Surgeon Dr Mahendra Chand has been found guilty of medical misconduct by the Medical Council of Guyana, which has suspended him for his actions in the treatment of the teen boy who was tortured in police custody.
Stabroek News was informed that the council on Friday agreed on suspension for a two-month period, which would be subject to the approval of the Health Minister . Although Dr Chand was afforded the opportunity to answer the complaint against him stemming from the controversial case, the council subsequently decided on suspension. He would now be asked to show cause why he should not be suspended, in keeping with the provisions of the Medical Practitioners Act.

Angad Chand killed by Guyana Police vehicle

Reports are that Angad Chand left home on his bicycle to purchase fish and was returning when the vehicle, a white Toyota Mark II, PKK 885 that was heading in the direction of the Rosignol Stelling hit him from behind.
Residents said that on impact the man was pitched a short distance away from where the accident occurred.
