I. Summary
Guyana is a transit point for cocaine destined for North America, Europe, West Africa, and the Caribbean, but not in quantities sufficient to impact the U.S. market. Cooperation among law enforcement bodies is gradually improving, albeit through personal relationships as much as official mechanisms. In 2009,
domestic seizures of cocaine and cannabis eradication increased compared with modest levels in 2008, although total quantities seized or eradicated remain small when considered against the overall trade.

But with my short stint with James ‘DEA’ Singh [one of cocaine Roger Khan top lieutenants] I know to my mind and believe that this is his dirty work to discredit those two honest hard working men and he is also trying to dismiss them along with many other hard working officers in CANU.

He dismissed a CANU officer because he lend a vehicle to a Member of the Guyana Defence Force, and he James Singh did the same thing by giving the unit vehicle (which also had a large amount of weapons in it) to an unauthorized driver, who crashed it but he James Singh was not dismiss what goes for one must go for the others James Singh should be dismissed.

When you want to talk about corruption James Singh and his cousin Raymond contracted Salim Bacchus aka Black Salim to arrange a shipment of Cocaine for them. Black Salim made contact with his cocaine colleague in Venezuela who secured a consignment of 33kgs of cocaine from a supplier.

The supplier passed on the cocaine consignment to a friend of Black Salim who shipped it to Guyana. Black Salim collected the cocaine and give it to cousin Raymond and James Singh who ship it to Canada. They did not pay Black Salim but went and search his house and locked him up for an unlicensed firearm.

The old saying that money talks and bullshit walks might just be the case.
Imagine the names of some of these members who are implicated in the execution of Ronald Waddell and others have been detailed in black and white and yet they are still allowed to have their freedom and guns.
Only a few weeks ago one of these members was stopped by a police patrol in Bel Air, in the trunk of his car there were a number of high calibre weapons which was visible to some residents in the area, but one quick phone call and he was allowed to go, no questions asked.

Shaheed ‘Cocaine Roger’ Khan still chillin in jail – hearing adjourned

Shaheed ‘Roger’ Khan would have to spend even more time in jail. On Monday, Judge Dora Irizarry ruled that she was adjourning the hearing until October 27.
When she adjourned the matter there were two motions before her, one of them filed by the defence to take depositions in Guyana and the other by the government, on which there can be no comment since the matter is sealed.
